1 1/2 cup organic oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 large organic egg
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon sugar in the raw
1 tablespoon pure honey
1/4 cup almond slices
1/4 cup almond slices
1 1/2 cups peanut butter (I used almond butter)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
Mix all ingredients together. Grease pan with coconut oil and bake 325 for 16 minutes.
I original got this recipe from Nature's Knockout. I just tweaked some things to make it a peanut butter and chocolate cookie. YUM!
